Room by room
A shopfront fights two things at once, sun on the stock and passers-by wanting to see in. We fit for both.
Screen fabric that takes the glare and heat off the stock while the window still sells from the street.
Glare off tills, screens and the places customers linger, without darkening the shop.
Blackout or privacy fabric where nobody should see in, on controls staff can operate.
Practical, easy-clean blinds for offices, stock rooms and staff areas.
Procurement
Tell us who has a say in the decision and what the centre or landlord asks for on colour, fixings or external changes. We have supplied that evidence before and can do it again.
Tell us which stock or signage must stay visible and when the sun is strongest, and we shade around it.
Colour, fixing and external approvals from the centre or landlord are checked before anything is ordered.
Fitting rooms, consultation areas and views in from outside are surveyed and covered properly.
Public liability insurance, RAMS, Enhanced DBS for every fitter and Constructionline Gold, sent as one pack when you ask.

Access and programme
Retail access depends on loading times, centre permits and reopening the frontage cleanly for customers. We plan for all three.
Tell us the loading bay times, permits, security and any centre working window.
Deliveries, peak periods and which areas can close on their own shape the visit plan.
Shopfront, sales floor and private areas are taken as separate groups so the shop keeps trading.
Operation, cleaning and the display are reset before the unit opens.
Questions for this setting
The survey can compare openness, glare and the view into the unit. Photographs taken when sun reaches the display help show the real problem.
Include the landlord or centre requirements and name the approver. External awnings, colours and fixing positions should not be assumed before that approval is clear.
Yes. Most retail fitting happens before opening or after close, typically within 7 to 10 days of the survey, with RAMS supplied before we start.
Yes. RAMS, insurance certificates (£5,000,000 public and £10,000,000 employers' liability) and the fabric fire certificate are all available before works begin, and we attend inductions where the centre requires them.
