I had venetian blinds fitted in all rooms of the house at the beginning of December, being two bay windows, the kitchen, bathroom, hallway and the bedrooms. Due to a fault with the house, the windows are not straight and I was worried getting blinds would only make this issue more pronounced. However, this is not the case, and they all look fantastic. I ordered in a variety of colours - white, grey, cream and black - and every one looks elegant. They are all fitted the windows perfectly and look more expensive that what I paid. Overall the service was fantastic, from the first phone call to measuring and fitting. They even highlighted and replaced one piece that they said was not fitting right, even though I would never have noticed it. Could not fault them at all, would highly recommend.

BBS fitted blinds to our front bay window and the rear patio windows. All the way from the choices we were given at the start of the process to the final fitting I couldn't recommend BBS highly enough. I know absolutely nothing about this field so the ability to hand it over to a team and go "make it happen" with complete confidence was fantastic. And the aftersales was just as good. We had an issue with a spring (manufacture issue not BBS) which was rectified immediately and just recently we needed to change the front Bay window so BBS removed and refitted the blinds for us, very happy

Superb company to deal with. One of my blinds needed to be repaired and the original company that fit them were not interested in providing any support. BBS could not have been more helpful. They were very friendly on the phone, offered to take a look and then the team they sent round repaired the blind without issue.
